No Medical or Diagnostic Use

Amino Apex products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is provided for identification, documentation, and research cataloging purposes only.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchases, possession, handling, and use of products comply with applicable laws, institutional policies, laboratory safety requirements, and research-use-only standards.

Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are purchasing products for lawful laboratory research purposes only and that they understand the products are not for human or animal use.

Product Information

Amino Apex makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, sizes, categories, and documentation references. Product information may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice.

COA Documentation

Certificates of Analysis may be available by product and lot number when provided. Customers may view available documentation in the COA Library or contact Amino Apex with the product name and lot number when available.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to review, availability, and acceptance. Amino Apex reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including orders that appear inconsistent with research-use-only purposes.

Shipping

Shipping timelines may vary by carrier, destination, weather conditions, service disruptions, and other factors outside of Amino Apex’s control. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Amino Apex is not responsible for carrier delays or transit times.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to the Amino Apex Refund & Returns Policy. Due to the nature of research-use-only materials, returns may be limited once an order has been processed, shipped, opened, used, or handled outside of Amino Apex control.

Prohibited Use

Customers may not purchase or use Amino Apex products for human consumption, animal use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, cosmetic use, household use, resale for prohibited purposes, or any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Responsibility

Amino Apex is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, unauthorized use, or use of products outside of lawful laboratory research settings. Customers assume responsibility for proper storage, handling, and compliance after purchase.

Changes to Terms

Amino Apex may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.
