Refund & Returns Policy

Amino Apex supplies products strictly for laboratory research use only. Due to the nature of these products and the importance of proper storage, handling, and environmental conditions after delivery, Amino Apex does not accept product returns.

Once a product has been delivered, Amino Apex cannot verify the storage conditions, handling practices, temperature exposure, contamination risk, or other environmental factors to which the product may have been subjected. For this reason, returned products cannot be accepted back into inventory or resold.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or packed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.

Returns

All product sales are final and products are not eligible for return.

Amino Apex does not accept returns of opened or unopened products after delivery because storage and handling conditions outside of Amino Apex’s control cannot be independently verified.

Do not send products back to Amino Apex unless specifically instructed to do so by Amino Apex.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Fulfillment-Related Issues

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, is missing an item, or has another apparent fulfillment-related issue, please contact Amino Apex within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The affected product name
  • Lot or batch number, when applicable
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging when relevant

Amino Apex will review the circumstances of the request.

Refunds and Replacements

Although product returns are not accepted, Amino Apex may, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, provide a refund, replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution for verified damaged, incorrect, missing, or fulfillment-related issues.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each request will be evaluated based on the circumstances and information provided.

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Issues

Delivery times and carrier tracking updates are subject to the shipping carrier’s operations after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order and for monitoring the shipment using the tracking information provided.

If a shipment appears lost, significantly delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact Amino Apex so the available shipping and tracking information can be reviewed. Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be determined case by case based on the circumstances of the shipment and available carrier information.

Products are not intended for human or animal use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers are responsible for appropriate storage, handling, and use of products following delivery and for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and laboratory practices.
