Orders are processed according to product availability. The majority of orders are processed and dispatched within 24-36 hours of purchase depending on product availability. Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

Carrier Responsibility & Delays

Shipping timelines may vary by carrier, destination, weather conditions, service disruptions, and other factors outside of Amino Apex’s control. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Amino Apex is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier transit times.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Amino Apex is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate at checkout and for monitoring tracking updates once an order has shipped.

Product Handling Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are handled according to appropriate laboratory requirements upon delivery.
